We are looking for:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Advanced English: To communicate effectively with U.S. customers.
• Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Collections Experience: Proven experience in collections with strong communication abilities.
• Empathy & Problem-Solving: The ability to understand customers' concerns and resolve issues with care.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to stay organized and deliver results efficiently.
• Availability: Able to work Monday to Friday
• Work Location: 100% on-site position.
  
  

Compensation:

• Base salary of $18,225 MXN before taxes.
• Commission potential between $8,000 and $24,000 MXN.

Work Schedule:

• Service hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 9:15 pm (schedule may adjust due to Daylight Saving Time & Holidays).
