Customer Service Expertise: Use your skills to build strong relationships with customers and enhance their experience.
Connecting with Care: Delivering outstanding customer service to our valued clients with empathy, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
Solving Problems: Handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving concerns quickly and effectively.
Upholding Standards: Meeting performance goals and contributing to our company's high service standards to meet customers' needs inquiring their services with AT&T. 

Type of  collections: Collections to business owners.

*Who We're Looking For:

To excel in this role you'll need:

Fluency in English: Both written and spoken, with exceptional communication skills.
Prior Sales, Customer Service or Collections Experience and excellent communication skills.
Empathy and Problem-Solving skills: The ability to see problems from a customer's perspective and resolve them with care.
Strong Organizational Skills: A knack for staying on top of tasks and delivering results.
Advanced English proficiency to engage with U.S. customers.
Availability to work Monday to Friday 
100% on-site work.


*Compensation:

Base salary of $23,650 MXN before taxes.

*Work Schedule:

Service window: Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 6:30 pm (schedule may adjust considering Daylight Saving Time & Holidays)
40 hours per week
Full-time, on-site position.
